services into your apartment at 54-66 Rushwood Drive Craigieburn.

OVATION’s goal is to offer Hassle Free Connections

For all services, OVATION encourage you to complete the application form 7 business days in advance and specify your move-in date to allow us to prioritise connection of services. We aim to be hassle free and can connect quickly, but when you move-in if you want electricity and hot water it is best to plan in advance.

On settlement, for all OVATION delivered services, OVATION will make sure all your services will be connected. You have no first-time connection charges if they have been paid during the property settlement process. However, you do need to enter into a service supply agreement.

nbn Internet is being installed within this development and nbn have advised there are delays in delivery of the service. OVATION has available a temporary Internet service. Please contact our customer support team on 1300 910 972 or email support@ovationgroup.com.au if you would like to receive details of connecting an interim service. You will be required to complete an application on-line to gain access to nbn Internet services and to order an interim service. Details of the temporary service are not outlined on-line.
